Key Responsibilities:

4. Manage key customer accounts and ensure high satisfaction and retention.

5. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing evaluations.

6. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to align offerings with customer needs.

7. Execute marketing initiatives such as trade fairs, campaigns, and digital promotions.

8. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company policies.

9. Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Graduate in Engineering/Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.

• 5-8 years of experience in sales & marketing within manufacturing or component industries (preferably electrical/automotive/energy).

• Sound knowledge of thermoset moulding processes (compression/injection), materials such as SMC, DMC, and phenolics, and their industrial applications.

• Ability to interpret product specifications, prepare cost quotations, and coordinate with technical teams on quality and design aspects. • Familiarity with ISO/IATF standards and use of CRM and sales tracking tools preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop strong client relationships.
• The role covers both domestic and international markets; hence, knowledge of international marketing and export processes is essential.

• Willingness to travel for customer visits, trade shows and industry events (domestic and international).
