Your Mission: Build a magnetic brand presence that makes Tailorworks unforgettable. Think beyond the brief—create demand, don’t wait for it. Drive B2B, B2C, and D2C sales funnels with precision and creativity. Launch story-driven campaigns that inspire engagement, trust, and conversions. Dive deep into consumer behavior and bring our dream customers to the doorstep. Strategize and execute brand-building initiatives across digital, retail, events, and PR. Work closely with design, production, and client teams to shape and promote collections. Lead lead-gen (yes, we said lead it twice—it’s that important). Create high-performance marketing funnels—from awareness to loyal customers. Run intelligent, data-backed ads—but only after the big idea is born. Guide our visual and verbal brand language. Your words and ideas should feel like Tailorworks. What We’re Looking For: A creative mind with a track record of successful luxury sales & marketing. Someone who knows the fashion and luxury space inside out. 5+ years of experience in fashion/luxury brand marketing & sales. Strong portfolio or history of brand growth and lead generation. Expert in B2B, B2C, and D2C strategies. Self-motivated, high-energy, and entrepreneurial in spirit. You think in funnels, brand positioning, and human emotion. Sharp understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and digital channels. Fluent in ad tools, CRM systems, automation platforms, and trend analysis.
