Sales and Marketing Manager (Real-Estate)

About the role:

We're looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 4–5 years of experience in the real estate sector. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and executing marketing strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities:

Sales Execution

• Identify, pitch, and convert prospects for commercial and co-working space leasing.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B clients.
• Handle end-to-end deal closure, including site visits, negotiations, and documentation.

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns for lead quality and cost.
• Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, real estate portals, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
• Provide a seamless client experience from inquiry to move-in.

Market Research

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Share actionable insights with leadership to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in sales/marketing of commercial real estate or co-working spaces.
• Strong network in corporate leasing, startups, and property consultants.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
