As part of our growth journey, we are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team across
1. Sales and Marketing of Aluminium Extrusion products.
2. Identifying the potential source of business.
3. Generating sales leads from O.E.Ms, Builders, Architects, Automobile sectors etc.
4. Conducting technical discussions with the customers and negotiate & finalise the order with themafter having management concent on the same.
5. Follow up and visit the customers or get in touch with them on mobile to procure the business on regular basis.
6. Make close and healthy relations with the customers.
7. Preparing and submitting the offers, quotations to the customers and finalise the order with the approval from the management.
8. Expanding the market share and also develop new business.
9. Make a close study on market and also project the future sales requirements.
10. Achieve the sales targets as finalised by the management from time to time.
11. Attending customer complaints and try to resolve these at the earliest.
12. Holding Sales and Marketing meeting from time to time and follow up with the sales personnel to achieve the sales targets.
13. Imparting training to the Sales personnel as per the training calendar.
14. Assist the management from time to time for Sales enhancement.
15. Any other work relates to sales and marketing assigned by the management as per the requirement of work.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of proven experience in the aluminium extrusion industry, preferably in a sales and marketing role.
In-depth understanding of aluminium profiles, applications, and market dynamics.
Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.
