Role Overview

Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Namibia

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Proactively identify and approach potential customers to generate leads for

  Out-Licensing and CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization)

  business across the South Africa region.
• Understand customer requirements, prepare commercial proposals/quotations, lead negotiations, and successfully close deals.
  
• Initiate, coordinate, and drive the execution of various commercial agreements including

  CDA, Licensing, and CMO contracts

  in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Project Management

• Act as a key liaison between internal cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Production, QA, etc.) to ensure

  smooth and timely execution of projects

  .
• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for customers, ensuring high-quality front-line customer service across all active projects.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare, maintain, and monitor the

  MIS database

  for new business development activities.
• Perform data analysis and develop

  periodic business reports, presentations, and performance dashboards

  for management review.
