Generate leads and convert them into clients
Build strong business relationships and manage key accounts
Conduct product demos and presentations
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Plan and run basic marketing activities and campaigns
Track competitor trends and customer insights
Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
Maintain CRM data and sales reports
Represent the company at events and networking forums
Share customer feedback with the product team
2-4 years of Sales/BD experience
Experience with digital marketing or lead-gen tools
Understanding of basic ERP modules (HR, CRM, Finance, Inventory)
Ability to create basic sales collateral
Bachelors degree(MBA Preferred)
