Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for ambitious and result-oriented Sales Executives with core experience in cement sales and marketing to join our team in Chhattisgarh. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing dealer and distributor relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory. This role requires individuals who are well-connected in the local cement market and can leverage their existing network to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell cement products within the assigned city and nearby regions. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by executing strategic plans. - Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors. - Expand the company's distribution network to strengthen market presence. - Leverage an existing professional network to generate business opportunities. - Conduct field visits to dealers and project sites to build stronger relationships. - Collaborate with builders, architects, engineers, and contractors for potential tie-ups. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and channel partners. - Ensure proper stock availability and smooth product distribution. - Resolve operational issues, delivery delays, and customer concerns effectively. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the State Head. - Provide valuable market insights and customer feedback to the management. Qualifications Required: - Existing and active network of dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors in the assigned city. - Core experience in cement sales and marketing. - Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills. - Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/reporting tools. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). - Experience: Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in cement sales and distribution. Note: It is mandatory for candidates to have an existing network of dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors in the above-mentioned cities. Thank you.,
