Sales & Marketing Intern

Company: Sunsys Techsol Pvt. Ltd.

Type: Remote Internship (PAN India)

Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid) → Paid PPO based on performance

Work Hours: 3 hours/day, 6 days/week

Industry: IT Services & Consulting

🔹 About the Role

Sunsys Techsol Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Tele-Sales Interns who want to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, sales pitching, and digital product promotions.

You will play a key role in helping us connect with prospective clients for our platforms such as TaskSaathi, KhetSaathi, KaushalSaathi, NaukriSaathi, InternSaathi, and ChaloSaathi.

This internship is unpaid for the first 3 months, after which top performers will receive a paid Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

🔹 Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads provided by the company
  • Pitch company services and products confidently
  • Maintain daily call logs and CRM updates
  • Follow up with leads via call, WhatsApp, and email
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Schedule demos or meetings for the sales team
  • Work with Sales & Marketing team to refine pitch and strategy
  • Meet weekly and monthly call targets
  • Participate in weekly performance review meetings
  1. 🔹 Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive speaking skills
  • Confident, energetic, and comfortable making outbound calls
  • Basic knowledge of sales funnels and lead generation (preferred)
  • Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any field)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and hunger to learn sales skills
