Key Responsibilities

• Promote Shotberg:

   Drive awareness across social platforms, business networks, and other channels.

• Lead Generation:

   Identify and reach out to prospective clients through emails, calls, and social media.

• Lead Management:

   Track, organize, and update leads in our CRM/database.

• Client Communication:

   Share project updates, progress reports, and follow-ups with existing clients.

• Prospect Engagement:

   Send regular updates, campaigns, and notifications to prospects—like Zomato-style notifications for brand recall.

• Database Management:

   Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead records.

• Market Research:

   Explore new sectors, businesses, and opportunities for potential collaborations.

• Support Sales & Marketing Efforts:

   Assist in creating outreach content, presentations, and reports.

• Flexible teamwork with other departments

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or digital content promotion
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for database management
• Creative thinking and proactive approach
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
