Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and assist in promoting RupeeDot’s products and services. Key tasks include supporting sales initiatives, managing client queries, training team members, and providing input for sales strategy improvements. The selected individual will gain hands-on experience while contributing to the company’s growth in the fintech space.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Sales and Sales Management experience or the ability to support account growth and manage client relationships effectively./ Lead generation
• Experience in providing Training or mentoring team members is an added advantage.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, and interest in fintech or sales are beneficial.
