You will be joining Krishna Investor Bazar, one of North India's fastest-growing insurance distribution platforms, on an internship opportunity as a Direct Sales & Recruitment Intern for a duration of 23 months in Ghaziabad & Modinagar location. The internship offers a stipend ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 per month with a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for top performers. As a Direct Sales & Recruitment Intern, your key responsibilities will include: - Recruiting agents and team leaders for insurance sales. - Building and managing your own sales team to enhance sales performance. - Driving direct sales of life, health, and general insurance products. - Identifying recruitment and sales opportunities through field and local networking. - Collaborating with senior managers to achieve regional sales goals.
