As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and representing Studio Svelte’s values. You will actively engage clients, identify new opportunities, and build long-term business relationships that support our bold vision. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in person and digitally. Generate new business opportunities and nurture long-term relationships. Drive revenue by understanding client requirements and recommending solutions. Maintain deep knowledge of Studio Svelte’s offerings, promotions, and brand ethos. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM tools and follow-ups. Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and product/service solutions. Provide a consultative approach to client interactions for premium experience. Collaboration & Brand Growth Support execution of marketing campaigns, events, and activations. Share customer insights with marketing/creative teams for strategy improvement.
