An interior design Sales Executive/ Manager identifies and targets new clients, understands their design needs, presents and demonstrates interior products and services, negotiates deals, and closes sales to meet targets. Key responsibilities include lead generation, client consultation, preparing proposals, collaborating with design and operations teams, and managing client relationships to ensure project success and repeat business. The role requires strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills, combined with a deep understanding of interior design trends, products, and market knowledge.
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the interior design or related industries.
Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, products, and current trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Effective negotiation and closing skills.
Strong client relationship management and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
