Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for sales and marketing of software products like CRM software applications. Your key responsibilities will include recognizing the needs of customers, traveling to meet clients, conducting regular meetings with customers to identify sales and business development opportunities, and identifying requirements for new products and services to lead the market effectively. You will be expected to construct sales pitches and presentations, convert leads into opportunities, develop a sales strategy, and expand the current prospect database within specified business sectors to exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will generate new business, raise awareness of other company products, and collaborate closely with Marketing to identify appropriate go-to-market messaging for specific business sectors. In this role, you will respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner, follow up on submissions, and close business deals. It is crucial to adhere to all quality standards and processes for customer acquisition, opportunities, and submission of tender and contract documents. Providing regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity is essential. To succeed in this position, you should possess good listening and communication skills, along with proficiency in English. Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with vendors is also a key aspect of the role. You will report to the Head of Sales Department on project status, progress, budget, team members" performance, and procurement status. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will analyze project requests from management to identify project goals and objectives, manage deliverables, resource calendars, and expense reports.
