Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential franchise partners, corporate clients, and bulk order prospects.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress toward sales targets.

2. Franchise Sales Support

• Explain franchise model, benefits, and investment details to interested prospects.
• Assist in onboarding new franchise partners and coordinate with the operations team for setup.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchisees to support their sales growth.

3. Corporate & B2B Sales

• Build relationships with corporates for events, bulk chai/BOXES orders, and tie-ups.

4. Target Achievement

• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets for franchise acquisition and corporate deals.
• Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and update management on progress.

5. Brand Promotion

• Represent Chai Nagri at exhibitions, events, and meetings to generate leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns for lead generation and conversions.

6. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert inquiries into confirmed deals.
• Provide support and guidance to prospects throughout the decision-making process.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of franchise/business models
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
