Job Description – Apparel Floor Sales Executive (B2B)We are seeking a proactive B2B Floor Sales Executive to manage wholesale and corporate clients in the apparel sector. The role involves handling business buyers visiting the showroom/floor, understanding their bulk requirements, and ensuring seamless sales and service. Key Responsibilities:Attend walk-in retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers at the showroom/floor. Understand client requirements for fabrics, apparel categories, sizes, and quantities. Present collections, designs, and fabric details with complete product knowledge. Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms with B2B clients. Generate bulk orders and ensure timely follow-up for closures. Build and maintain long-term relationships with wholesale/corporate customers. Coordinate with production, inventory, and dispatch teams to fulfill orders. Maintain records of inquiries, orders, and payments. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in B2B apparel/garment/wholesale sales. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of fabrics, fashion categories, and apparel market trends. Ability to handle bulk orders and manage multiple clients. Target-driven and customer-focused mindset. Education:Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Textile/Fashion).
