Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Inverter Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Lakhnow, UP Experience: 1–4 Years (in power electronics/solar/inverter/UPS industry preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of inverters to dealers, distributors, system integrators, and commercial clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical sales, particularly in the power electronics or renewable energy sector, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage B2B leads for inverter sales in assigned territory. Develop relationships with dealers, channel partners, EPC contractors, and OEMs. Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate inverter models/solutions. Present product demos and technical proposals to prospective customers. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close deals within sales targets. Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service. Maintain and update CRM with daily sales activity and client interactions. Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings. Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and product performance. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of inverter products (off-grid, on-grid, hybrid, etc.) B2B sales experience in electrical/renewable industry Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, BBA, or equivalent MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory)
