Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Marketing Support Associate to assist in handling product inquiries, supporting export and domestic documentation, gathering and analyzing data, and providing marketing assistance. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth communication with customers and supporting the team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Inquiry Management:

• Attend phone calls, emails, and messages related to product inquiries.
• Provide accurate product information and forward complex inquiries to the appropriate department.

Documentation Support:

• Assist in preparing and processing export and domestic sales documents (e.g., invoices, shipping documents, certificates, etc.).
• Ensure that all documents comply with company standards and government regulations.

Data Gathering and Reporting:

• Collect and maintain data related to sales, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal use and management review.

Marketing Assistance:

• Support the marketing team in organizing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and maintaining digital and physical marketing assets.
• Help manage company social media pages or online listings when needed.

Administrative Support:

• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, accounting, and production to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain organized records of communications and documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of export/import procedures is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
