Role: Marketing Associate We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in concert or live event marketing, especially in handling sponsorships and developing creative promotional ideas. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies for concerts and live events Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and brand collaborations Work with the team to brainstorm and implement creative concert marketing campaigns Contribute innovative ideas to maximize audience engagement and ticket sales Assist in pre-event promotions, on-ground marketing, and post-event reporting Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams, sponsors, and external stakeholders Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing (preferably in concerts/live events) Proven experience in handling sponsorships & partnerships Strong understanding of concert/event marketing Hardworking and result-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong team player with collaborative mindset Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges Good organizational and time-management skills Why Join Us?
