Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be actively engaged in market research, lead generation, promotional activities, and brand enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads

• Organize and manage promotional activities and campaigns

• Work on brand presence

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Experience in sales and/or sales management is an advantage

• Proficiency in market research and lead generation

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role and Industry will be a plus
