Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups
  • Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies for domestic markets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support the team in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing
  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

    1-3 years (preferably in manufacturing/trading industry)

  • Education:

    Graduate in Business/Marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong

    communication and negotiation

    skills
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to

    handle customer relationships and sales processes

  • Knowledge of

    market research and competitor analysis
