Role Description

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time basis in our New Delhi office. The associate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, collaborating with marketing initiatives, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, delivering customer training, and contributing to overall sales performance and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Sales with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop client relationships
• Sales and Marketing knowledge to support campaign execution and business development efforts
• Proficiency in Training and providing support to clients for optimal use of products or services
• Proactive mindset, ability to meet targets, and excellent organizational skills
• Experience in digital marketing or branding is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
