Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Sales & Marketing Assistant. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in sales, business development, and marketing operations by working closely with senior sales professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support

• Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients for meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Marketing Support

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support digital marketing efforts such as email marketing, social media coordination, and basic content posting.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Help in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Handle basic documentation, contracts, and customer records.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with internal teams and clients.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales and marketing
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
• Target-oriented and proactive approach

Qualification

• MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development) – Fresher
• Any relevant internship experience is an added advantage
