Magnafield is a manufacturer and supplier of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) equipment and accessories, catering to domestic and international markets. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing activities. The role involves handling customer follow-ups, supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

· Handle incoming inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone, and website

· Prepare and send quotations and follow up with customers

· Maintain inquiry, quotation, and order follow-up records

· Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, and production teams

· Support domestic and export sales documentation (basic level)

Marketing Activities

· Assist in executing digital marketing activities (social media posts, email campaigns, basic ads support)

· Support lead generation activities and maintain lead data

· Coordinate with marketing agencies, designers, or consultants

· Help in preparing basic marketing materials (product data, presentations, brochures)

· Support exhibition and promotional activities

Follow-ups & Coordination

· Regular follow-up with customers on quotations and inquiries

· Follow-up with distributors and channel partners

· Update CRM / Excel sheets with accurate data

Candidate Profile

· Male candidate preferred

· Fresher to 2 years experience in sales or marketing support

· Diploma / Graduate / Engineering background preferred

· Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)

· Comfortable with emails, Excel, and basic computer work

· Willing to learn industrial products and sales processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
