Job Title: Sales and Marketing Administrator Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups. Maintain and update customer records and databases. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers. Prepare sales reports, targets, and performance analysis. 2. Marketing Coordination: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions. Support in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.). Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing needs. 3. Administrative Tasks: Manage and organize marketing and sales documentation. Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales and marketing team. Track budgets, expenses, and campaign ROI. Handle inquiries and communication between departments. 4. CRM and Data Management: Manage and update CRM systems with accurate sales and customer data. Generate customer insights and sales reports from CRM data. Assist in lead generation and follow-up processes. 5. Event and Campaign Support: Assist in planning and organizing events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for events.
