Roles and Duties of an HR Executive 1. Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and offer letters. 2. Employee Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth joining formalities, documentation, and orientation for new hires. 3. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and ensure timely updates in HRMS or payroll systems. 4. Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with accounts/finance for accurate payroll processing, including incentives, deductions, and reimbursements. 5. Policy Implementation & Compliance: Communicate HR policies, ensure employee adherence, and stay updated with labor laws and company policies. 6. Employee Engagement & Communication: Organize team-building activities, handle employee grievances, and maintain positive workplace culture. 7. Performance Appraisal Support: Assist in setting KPIs, gathering feedback, managing performance reviews, and documentation. 8. HR Administration: Maintain employee records (soft and hard copy), issue letters (experience, warning, confirmation), and manage HR databases. 9. Exit Formalities: Handle resignation, clearance, and exit interviews, and ensure proper documentation and feedback recording. 10. Reporting & MIS: Generate HR reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment pipeline, etc.) for management review.
