Job Title:

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Finance Operations Executive to join our team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our sales, finance, and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales strategy through data analysis, financial monitoring, and operational efficiency to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Performance Analysis:

  • Partner with Finance and Sales management to establish, develop, and track Business KPIs and reporting dashboards.
  • Generate actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly Executive Management Business Review.

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

  • Support the development and monitoring of the annual budget for assigned sales teams.
  • Help create, manage, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of sales projections vs. actuals and assist in cost optimization initiatives.

Sales Operations & Territory Management:

  • Develop and manage territory and quota assignments for the sales team.
  • Maintain the monthly order book, analyzing won deals to ensure standard margin closures are achieved.

Order Processing & Co-ordination with Sales, Finance and Delivery teams:

  • Track and maintain predefined TAT (Turnaround Time) for order processing from initiation to fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams, to ensure smooth operations.

Accounts Receivable & Distribution Management:

  • Follow up on payment dues and receivables as per predefined credit terms.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and distributors, coordinating for query resolution.
  • Oversee inventory management, planning, and replenishment for distributors/vendors to facilitate customer billing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related Finance background.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Charts). Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills:

    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
