Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at OutsideROI, a Digital Marketing Agency based in New Jersey, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and delivering tailored digital marketing solutions. With 7-10 years of experience, your responsibilities will include: - Identify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads. - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with OutsideROI's growth objectives. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients. - Consult with clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals. - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty. - Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales activity and forecasting reports. - Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and competitive offerings. - Collaborate closely with internal marketing, design, and delivery teams to ensure high client satisfaction. - Participate in meetings, pitches, webinars, and marketing events representing OutsideROI. - Comfortably work with US-based client prospects across various time zones. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). - 7-10 years of experience in sales or business development within a digital marketing or advertising agency. - Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising, and Web Development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office or GSuite. - Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about digital marketing and building long-term client relationships.
