Our mission is to bring speed, flexibility, and affordability to urban living—without compromising on quality.As the CEO of Voorent, I’m looking for a go-getter—someone who understands ground sales, real estate dynamics, and the urgency of performance in a fast-moving startup.---Your Role:As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of Voorent’s growth. Your core responsibilities will include:✅ Building a strong referral network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate builders across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.✅ Identifying and pitching to new builders and co-living spaces for B2B and bulk rental tie-ups.✅ Converting incoming leads from Google Ads and Meta campaigns—follow-up, coordinate, and close!✅ Conduct on-ground visits, meetings, and calls to push sign-ups and secure rental bookings.✅ Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.✅ Maintain accurate CRM data and sales funnel progress weekly.---You Should Apply If You:Have 1–3 years of sales, field marketing, or business development experience (real estate or rental industry preferred).Are comfortable in fieldwork, managing on-ground relationships and lead generation through brokers and builders.Know how to work with digital leads (Google/Meta) and convert them into paying customers.Are ambitious, self-driven, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment.Speak fluent Hindi and English, and are based in or open to relocating to Gurgaon.---What We Offer:Fixed salary + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work closely with the founder & leadership teamHigh-growth environment with immediate impactFlexibility, freedom, and fast career growth---If you’re someone who wants to build the future of urban renting with speed, accountability, and hustle—Voorent is the place for you
