The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, layouts, and designs for MEP projects in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, modify, and update MEP drawings using AutoCAD. Create layouts and detailed shop drawings for HVSE, Firefighting, Basement Ventilation, and MGPS systems. Interpret technical specifications, project drawings, and client requirements. Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings are accurate and updated. Maintain proper documentation and drawing records. Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings when required. Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Requirements: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. 23 years of relevant experience in MEP drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with MEP drafting standards. Knowledge of HVSE, Firefighting, Basement Ventilation, and MGPS systems . Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings. Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of MEP systems, market pricing, and tendering processes. Key Responsibilities: Study tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates. Calculate quantities, prepare BOQs, and determine material, labor, and equipment costs for MEP works. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for HVAC, Firefighting, Ventilation, MGPS, Cleanroom, Modular OT, and ICU projects. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and pricing. Ensure compliance with client requirements, technical standards, and industry codes. Support the sales and tendering team during bid preparation and submission. Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records for future projects. Collaborate with project managers for budget tracking and cost control during execution. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline). 2 - 3 years of estimation experience in MEP systems. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic level), and BOQ preparation. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, Ventilation, MGPS, Cleanroom, Modular OT, and ICU systems. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management abilities.

The ideal candidate should have strong industry contacts, technical understanding of MEP systems, and the ability to convert leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, and end clients. Promote and sell HVAC, Firefighting, MGPS, and Basement Ventilation products and services. Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals to clients. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations. Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Requirements: Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred). 35 years of relevant sales experience in HVAC, Firefighting, MGPS, and Basement Ventilation. Strong network with MEP consultants, contractors, and facility managers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
