Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Okhla, Phase-1 Department: Sales & Business Development Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1-5 Years Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting TardePapaa's premium services. The role involves field sales, client relationship management, and achieving monthly revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, field visits, and online inquiries. Explain Tardepapaa's offerings and subscription plans to SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). Convert free listings into paid memberships through consultative selling. Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase retention and satisfaction. Ensure proper onboarding of clients and provide post-sales support as needed. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Attend training sessions, team meetings, and review discussions regularly. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred). 1-5 years of experience in direct/B2B sales, preferably in internet, telecom, or advertising. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
