Sales and Business Development Executive

As a Sales & Business Development Executive at our agency based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You should have a background in agency sales, corporate communications, or digital marketing and possess a flair for building strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include creating compelling sales decks and proposals, conducting industry research, and collaborating with internal teams to align proposals with agency capabilities. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will lead a small team and work towards meeting monthly sales targets to unlock performance incentives. To excel in this role, you must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in an agency setting. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and lead generation tools is essential. Strong research and presentation skills, excellent communication abilities in both English and Hindi, and familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana are also required. You should be proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment without stress. Being comfortable with a hybrid work model (3 days per week in the office) and being based in or near Gurgaon are preferred.
