Job Description

The primary responsibility will be to generate sales and grow the business for the division. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to expand our market presence in the lubrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and projects.

Sales Growth & Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the division.
  • Ensure consistent and effective follow-up on leads and client inquiries.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor products to improve the company s offerings.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
  • Responsible for the application of lubrication system to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Managing lubrication suppliers and service providers
  • Planning for lubricant handling, storage, consumption, and conservation
  • Develop lubrication-related engineering specs for new equipment
  • Handle lubrication-related warranty and regulatory compliance
  • Track and monitor lubrication-related reporting and performance metrics

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of Field Sales & Service Experience of selling, designing custom built lubrication systems , and products to steel , automotive , sugar , & engineering industries
  • The candidate needs to be from a Lubrication equipment manufacturing company, not lubricants or a chemical background
