Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Application Engineer based in Mumbai for Maharashtra region. The Sales and Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, identifying potential sales opportunities by meeting ICU technical staffs and purring depts. Day-to-day tasks will involve delivering product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, assisting with product installation, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. This is an on-site role, requiring regular collaboration with the engineering and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales
• Technical Support skills with a focus on customer service
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles
• Experience in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
