Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales, distribution, and secondary data across modern trade accounts to track performance vs. targets.
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards for management review.
Partner with Modern Trade ASM/RSM to identify growth opportunities and gaps in execution.
Monitor trade promotions, schemes, and ROI analysis.
Support JBP (Joint Business Planning) with key retailers by providing data-driven insights.
Track new launches and assess their contribution in modern trade channels.
Evaluate assortment, pricing, and shelf performance across chains.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure alignment on business objectives.
Provide competitive intelligence by tracking market share and retailer-level performance.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
