Job Description

As a Sales Analyst & Controller at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of mobility. Your responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and provide actionable insights to enhance sales performance and drive business growth. You will manage Customer Master Data, conduct Forecasting and Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP), and create variance analysis. Additionally, you will contribute to Sales & Business Planning by providing essential data for decision-making by account managers. Tracking supplier data and end-of-life processes will also be part of your role. In this position, you will have the opportunity to optimize sales processes by identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency. You will also be responsible for monitoring competitor activities, customer behaviors, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions, effective communication skills to present findings to various audiences, and proficiency in using data analysis tools and CRM systems. A solid understanding of sales operations, market dynamics, business strategy, and key financial metrics is essential. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines are also crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, along with 6+ to 13 years of experience in Sales Analysis or Data Analysis. Knowledge of sales and marketing metrics, industry expertise (particularly in the Automotive industry), and the ability to adapt to evolving challenges are required.
