Sales Agent – Student Recruitment (Remote | India-Based)

About the Role:

Set Surge is looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Agents to connect with Indian students aspiring to study abroad. You’ll be speaking with warm leads—students already interested in destinations like the UK, Canada, USA, and Germany. Your job is to guide them through the application journey, ensure accurate form submissions, and hand over the case to our backend documentation team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with student leads via phone and WhatsApp

• Qualify their interest and build trust through friendly, professional conversations

• Address concerns related to tuition fees, visa processes, and general study-abroad queries

• Assist students in filling out Google application forms

• Maintain daily lead trackers and meet weekly follow-up targets

What We Offer:

• 💻 Remote role (India-based candidates only)

• 💰 ₹25,000–₹30,000/month fixed salary

• 💷 Bonus: £75 (approx. ₹8,000) for every student who enrolls

• 🗓 Monday to Friday | Expect ~50 calls per day

• 🌐 Must be fluent in English and Hindi
