Prospect and generate leads through field visits, referrals, walk-ins, and digital channels. Assess client needs and financial profiles to recommend appropriate loan products (home, personal, mortgage, or business loans). Explain product features, eligibility, fees, and repayment terms clearly to clients. Assist clients through the loan application process including document collection, verification, and submission for sanction and disbursement. Coordinate with underwriting, credit, and disbursement teams to ensure timely processing and closure of files. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on product changes, regulatory requirements, and competitor offerings to handle objections and position products effectively.
