JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job role: We are seeking enthusiastic candidates, experienced or freshers from BPO, KPO, or related fields, for US sales in night shifts (5:30 PM–2:30 AM IST). The role requires strong convincing and negotiation skills, a polite and humble approach, adaptability to new challenges, and a positive learning attitude to build lasting client relationships and drive business growth.

• Job position: US Sales Specialist
• Qualification: +2, Diploma, Graduation
• Freshers or BPO/KPO experienced
• Job Location: Phase 8B Industrial area, Mohali, Punjab
• Salary Package: 18-20k + Incentives
• US shift: 5:30 pm-2:30 am, full-time job
• Cab facility available for both pick & drop

Mandatory skills:

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Polite, humble, and professional communication style with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to accept and adapt to new challenges with a positive mindset.
• Good English verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning capability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Willingness to learn industry-specific knowledge related to freight brokerage and logistics.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research for US-based freight brokerage services.
• Engage with shippers and carriers to identify their requirements and offer suitable freight solutions.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients and carriers to ensure profitable deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients and logistics partners for repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely booking, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.
• Manage shipment documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Follow up on client inquiries and provide prompt resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends and freight rates to remain competitive in the US logistics industry.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a polite, humble, and professional demeanor at all times.
