Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Specialist with a strong focus on Sales Team Recruitment and Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing sales staff across multiple locations. This role plays a key part in building a motivated sales force that aligns with our company’s revenue goals and growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Recruitment & Hiring Design and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top sales talent. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on sales competency and cultural fit. Coordinate with regional heads or sales managers for final interviews and offer rollouts. Ensure timely closure of all sales-related hiring as per organizational manpower planning. 🔹 Onboarding & Training Develop and implement an engaging onboarding process tailored for sales staff. Coordinate with training teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and skill development. Evaluate and improve onboarding experience based on feedback. 🔹 Performance Management Track and analyze sales team KPIs and performance metrics. Assist managers in setting clear sales targets and evaluating outcomes. Manage appraisals, promotions, and performance improvement plans. 🔹 Employee Engagement & Retention Drive motivation through reward programs, recognition initiatives, and incentives. Address sales team concerns proactively and maintain a positive work environment. Work closely with branch managers or team leads to reduce attrition and build team morale. 🔹 HR Operations Maintain sales staff records, contracts, compliance documentation, and attendance. Ensure adherence to HR policies, including working hours, leaves, and disciplinary actions. Support payroll inputs and exit formalities for outgoing staff. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR with a focus on sales, hiring and team management. Proven experience in hiring target-driven field sales or telesales staff. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of sales roles, targets, incentives, and attrition dynamics. Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and HRMS tools. Experience in handling multi-location hiring across cities. Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance related to field staff.
