Job Title: EdTech Sales Executive Location: Surat, Kolkata, Lucknow, Noida, Surat, Kolkata, Type: Full-Time About the Role: We’re hiring energetic and persuasive Sales Executives to drive our EdTech solutions across schools, colleges, and coaching centers. This role is on-call, highly target-driven, and needs a go-getter attitude. If you love talking, convincing, and closing—read on. Key Responsibilities: Make 50–80 outbound calls per day to pitch products to potential clients Identify prospects from online sources, leads, and field inquiries Fix demos, follow up aggressively, and close deals Maintain daily reports, CRM updates, and performance logs Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets consistently Share on-ground insights to improve sales strategies Represent the company confidently during school/college visits or events Requirements: 1–3 years of sales experience (EdTech preferred but not mandatory) Excellent communication & convincing skills (Hindi + English) Target-oriented mindset with a never-give-up attitude Comfortable with on-call and field sales Basic tech-savviness (CRM tools, Google Sheets, etc.) What You’ll Get: Attractive salary + high incentives Recognition for performance Fast career growth in a rising EdTech startup work with unique technology with negligible competition products
