GGS Forex Private Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and compliance for our forex business. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and have a strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and forex-related accounting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records using Tally. Handle daily accounting transactions, including cash, bank, and journal entries. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Manage GST, TDS, and other tax filings as per regulatory requirements. Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports. Process vendor payments, payroll, and expense management. Ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations related to forex transactions. Assist in audit preparations and coordination with external auditors. Maintain petty cash and accounts receivable/payable records. Work closely with management to provide financial insights and forecasts.
