Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor for Multiline Products (Health, Motor, Life & SME) at Shrigoda Group (SBIL), an IRDAI licensed insurance broker headquartered in Mumbai, you will play a key role in providing curated and customized financial indemnification solutions to PAN India Retail & Corporate clients, as well as Large Listed Govt. Institutions. Your primary responsibility will involve effective coordination with multiple stakeholders including distributors, sub-brokers, end-clients, and insurance companies to resolve queries and grievances promptly. You will be assisting customers in understanding their insurance needs, recommending products that best suit them, showcasing various health policies, and providing accurate advice on inclusions, exclusions, add-ons, and top-ups. It will be essential to provide detailed comparisons of insurance policies, negotiate competitive insurance premiums, and ensure proper client satisfaction without any mis-selling. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, along with a graduate qualification. A Certification/Diploma from the Insurance Institute of India would be preferred. Deep knowledge of multiple insurance policies and regulations related to Health, Motor, Life & SME segments is crucial. Proficiency in MS Office, the ability to prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to clarify client queries and coordinate effectively with TPAs and insurance companies. Your role will also involve scrutinizing policy documents for correctness, ensuring all clauses requested by clients are incorporated, generating maximum business while maintaining high persistency, and providing ongoing support to clients for renewals and customer retention.
