As an Insurance Advisor for Multiline Products (Health, Motor, Life & SME) at Shrigoda Group (SBIL) in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in providing curated and customized financial indemnification (insurance) solutions to PAN India Retail & Corporate clients as well as Large Listed Govt. Institutions. With over 2 years of experience and a graduate qualification, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating with various stakeholders such as distributors, sub-brokers, end-clients, and insurance companies to resolve queries and grievances promptly. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in understanding their insurance needs, recommending suitable products, showcasing health policies, explaining inclusions and exclusions, negotiating competitive insurance premiums, and providing detailed comparisons of insurance policies. You will also be required to liaise with companies, ensure correct policy document scrutiny, and generate maximum business while maintaining high persistency and client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess a Certification/Diploma from the Insurance Institute of India, prior experience in insurance sales, and deep knowledge of multiple insurance policies and regulations related to Health, Motor, Life & SME. Proficiency in MS Office, the ability to prepare accurate MIS reports, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for clarifying client queries, coordinating with TPAs and insurance companies, and delivering exceptional service. Additionally, you should demonstrate a high level of resilience to handle the pressure associated with managing a high volume of client and partner queries, maintain and update sales MIS/Lead Tracker, provide renewal support, and focus on customer retention. A proactive mindset, continuous improvement focus, and commitment to delivering excellent service will be key to succeeding in this role.,
