You will be working as a Sales Advisor for Tilfi, a luxury fashion and textiles brand based in Varanasi, known for its exquisite handwoven sarees, lehengas, dupattas, and apparel that embody timeless elegance and craftsmanship. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional and personalized shopping experiences to customers, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to exceed their expectations. - Maintain a deep knowledge of the product range, including fabric details and weaving techniques, to effectively communicate with patrons. - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business through exceptional service. - Represent Tilfi in exhibitions and events as required. - Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards by organizing displays in alignment with brand guidelines. - Contribute to the design and implementation of seasonal and promotional displays. - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times, following health and safety protocols. - Manage inventory counts, record movement of inventory, and maintain proper storage. - Prepare stock and sales reports to share with headquarters. **Qualifications:** - Previous sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management. - Passion for luxury fashion, textiles, and craftsmanship with attention to detail and aesthetics. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
