You will be joining Tilfi, a luxury fashion and textiles brand deeply connected to the rich cultural heritage of Varanasi. Specializing in handwoven sarees, lehengas, dupattas, apparel, and art that represent timeless elegance and craftsmanship. As a Sales Advisor at our flagship store in South Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to provide a unique and personalized shopping experience to our clients. Your role will involve driving sales and fostering lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the utmost luxury shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with customers by offering exceptional and personalized service, handling inquiries and feedback promptly, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate with patrons. Building strong client relationships, representing Tilfi at exhibitions and events, and assisting in maintaining visual merchandising standards will also be part of your duties. You will be responsible for ensuring the store's cleanliness, organization, and welcoming atmosphere, as well as following health and safety protocols. Managing inventory counts, maintaining records of inventory movement, preparing stock and sales reports, and sharing them with headquarters are additional operational tasks. To excel in this role, you should have prior sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management. A passion for luxury fashion, textiles, and craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are essential qualities.
