Job Description

As a Sales Executive for our ACP Cladding division in Goa, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by generating leads, engaging with builders and architects, and securing deals for facade and cladding projects. You will play a key role in pitching ACP cladding solutions, understanding project requirements, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, and referrals. You will need to effectively present ACP cladding solutions to clients, engage with various stakeholders in the industry, and conduct site visits to assess project needs. Additionally, maintaining a client pipeline and coordinating with internal teams for project execution will be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should ideally have 2+ years of experience in field sales, particularly in building materials, interiors, signage, or cladding. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with self-motivation and confidence, will be crucial for success. A basic understanding of construction or facade-related terminology will be advantageous, and willingness to travel for site visits is a must. Possessing a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is a requirement for this role. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Civil, or related fields. Familiarity with ACP cladding, facades, or signage industries will be considered a bonus.
