Job Description

You will be responsible for selling luxury/premium properties in Thrissur and surrounding markets. Your role will involve managing the full sales cycle, including lead follow-up, conducting site visits, engaging with clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales. It will be crucial for you to achieve and exceed the monthly/quarterly revenue targets set for you. Additionally, you will need to focus on building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients in order to generate referrals and encourage repeat business.
