Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales data.

  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for deliveries and billing.

  • Prepare and share sales reports and performance updates.

  • Assist the sales team with proposals, presentations, and client communication.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Support general administrative tasks within the sales department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in sales support or administration.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
