Sales Administrator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting various tasks related to maintaining price lists, creating pick notes for sales, ensuring accuracy in product details, saving GDP documents, applying for certificates, creating purchase orders, and communicating with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Support in preparing and maintaining price lists - Assist in creating pick notes for sales - Double check all pick notes for accuracy in product details - Save GDP documents in files in a timely manner and ensure accuracy - Report any errors in documents to the UK Export Team - Apply for certificates such as Certificate of Origin and Free Sales certificates - Assist in creating purchase orders on the warehouse system - Support the UK export team in communicating with customers and resolving queries Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field - Good written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload - Attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel at an intermediate level, Outlook, and Word - Experience in handling retailers/wholesale customers (desired but not essential) - Experience in the pharma industry (desired but not essential) Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, provident fund, and work from home options.
